For the design of the same displacement, the cab is integrally installed on the tank, which virtually intensifies the bearing strength of the bottom rotary table, which is undoubtedly a great hidden danger for the long-term operation of the rotary table. If it is only the need to improve the unloading accuracy, a camera can be installed at the rear-view mirror of the mixer truck to synchronously display the discharge in the cab. I believe this problem can also be solved.

          三.前期一些廠(chǎng)家采用的是前四后二的輪胎組合,這樣的設計,外行看來(lái),確實(shí)是提高了整車(chē)的承載能力,不過(guò)從事混凝土行業(yè)的人都知道,攪拌車(chē)的工作環(huán)境絕大多數都是比較復雜崎嶇的路況,如果是前四后二的輪胎組合,相鄰的兩個(gè)輪胎之間,難免會(huì )擠進(jìn)一些石塊之類(lèi)的異物,而在通過(guò)坑洼道路時(shí),載重瞬間加大,對輪胎的破壞是不可逆的,嚴重了直接報廢 ,這個(gè)情況玩過(guò)大車(chē)或是維修的朋友應該是見(jiàn)過(guò)很多的。
