1、自拌混凝土攪拌車普通氣剎的駐車制動只能在貨車靜止的情況下使用,因為其制動力矩是作用在傳動軸上,如果在小型攪拌車行駛當(dāng)中使用,容易造成傳動軸和后橋的嚴重超載荷,還可能因差速器殼被抱死而發(fā)生左右兩車輪的旋轉(zhuǎn)方向相反,致使貨車制動時跑偏甚掉頭。但儲能彈簧制動則不然,相反因為儲能彈簧駐車制動行程大于行車制動行程,在行車制動力不足的情況下,還可以使用儲能彈簧助力進行應(yīng)急制動。所以儲能彈簧制動不僅可以作駐車制動,還可以作應(yīng)急制動。所以斷氣剎式制動系統(tǒng)與普通氣剎相比,在制動穩(wěn)定性和性方面更勝一籌。

2、自拌混凝土攪拌車油剎結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,安裝空間小,只是需要剎車總泵、分泵、油杯及連接管路,不需要其他的附屬設(shè)備;氣剎就復(fù)雜多了,除了剎車總泵、分泵、剎車管路外,還有打氣泵、儲氣筒、高壓控制器、繼動閥等部件,需要安裝空間大,結(jié)構(gòu)較復(fù)雜,而且為了確保,后剎車分泵現(xiàn)在都是斷氣剎車。

3、常規(guī)剎車是手剎鎖住傳動軸,腳剎時由壓縮空氣進入制動氣室鎖住車輪。在手剎或傳動軸機械故障時,手剎失靈;在氣泵、管路、儲氣筒、制動閥任何一個部位故障時,腳剎失靈。而斷氣剎車就可有效避免這些危險。
