　　因?yàn)榛炷習(xí)诙虝r(shí)間內(nèi)凝結(jié)成硬塊，且對(duì)鋼材和油漆有一定的腐蝕性，所以每次運(yùn)用混凝土貯罐后，洗凈粘附在混凝土貯罐及進(jìn)出料口上的混凝土是每日維護(hù)有必要細(xì)心進(jìn)行的工作。其間包含：每次裝料前用水沖刷進(jìn)料口，使進(jìn)料口在裝料時(shí)堅(jiān)持濕潤(rùn)；在裝料的一起向隨車自帶的清洗用水水箱中注滿水；裝料后沖刷進(jìn)料口，洗凈進(jìn)料口鄰近殘留的混凝土；到工地卸料后，沖刷出料槽，然后向混凝土貯罐內(nèi)加清洗用水30—40L；在車輛回程時(shí)堅(jiān)持混凝土貯罐正向慢速翻滾。

　　Because the concrete will condense into a hard block in a short time, and has a certain degree of corrosivity to steel and paint, so it is necessary to carry out daily maintenance to clean the concrete adhered to the concrete storage tank and the inlet and outlet after each use of the concrete tank. It includes: flushing the inlet with water before each loading to keep the inlet wet during loading; filling the water tank with water during loading; flushing the inlet after loading to clean the residual concrete near the inlet; after unloading at the construction site, wash the discharge tank, and then add 30-40l cleaning water into the concrete storage tank; adhere to the principle of filling the water tank with water for cleaning when the vehicle returns The concrete tank is rolling slowly forward.
            

　　每天必須要做的事情如下：

　　The things you have to do every day are as follows:

　　1、每次裝料前用水沖洗進(jìn)料口，使進(jìn)料口在裝料時(shí)保持濕潤(rùn)；

　　1. Flush the feed port with water before each loading to keep the feeding port moist during loading;

　　2、在裝料的同時(shí)向隨車自帶的清洗用水水箱中注滿水；

　　2. At the same time of loading, fill the water tank with water;

　　3、裝料后沖洗進(jìn)料口，洗凈進(jìn)料口附近殘留的混凝土；

　　3. After loading, wash the inlet to clean the residual concrete near the inlet;

　　4、到工地卸料后，沖洗出料槽，然后向混凝土貯罐內(nèi)加清洗用水30—40 L；在車輛回程時(shí)保持混凝土貯罐正向慢速轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)；

　　4. After unloading at the construction site, wash the discharge tank, and then add 30-40 l of cleaning water into the concrete storage tank; keep the concrete storage tank in forward and slow rotation when the vehicle returns;

　　5、下次裝料前切記放掉混凝土貯罐內(nèi)的污水；

　　6、每天收工時(shí)徹底清洗混凝土貯罐及進(jìn)出料口周圍自動(dòng)，自動(dòng)上料攪拌車的清洗要點(diǎn)保證不粘有水泥及混凝土結(jié)塊。

　　6. At the end of each day, the concrete storage tank and the surrounding area of the material inlet and outlet shall be thoroughly cleaned. The cleaning points of the automatic feeding mixer truck shall ensure that there is no cement and concrete caking.
