1.調(diào)整機(jī)器負(fù)荷

1. Adjust the machine load

自動攪拌車如果超過正常負(fù)荷工作，會使攪拌軸轉(zhuǎn)動緩慢，若負(fù)荷過大，就會導(dǎo)致攪拌軸停轉(zhuǎn)或者是攪拌軸彎曲，這時只需調(diào)整進(jìn)料量，卸出多余的物料，降低攪拌軸轉(zhuǎn)動負(fù)荷即可。

If the automatic mixer works beyond the normal load, it will make the mixing shaft rotate slowly. If the load is too large, it will cause the mixing shaft to stop or the mixing shaft to bend. At this time, it is only necessary to adjust the feed volume, unload the excess material and reduce the rotating load of the mixing shaft.

當(dāng)自動攪拌車的攪拌葉片或側(cè)葉片與罐內(nèi)壁間有較大的異物，尤其是石子，也會導(dǎo)致攪拌軸停轉(zhuǎn)，之所以能卡存異物，就是自動攪拌車的攪拌葉片或側(cè)葉片與罐內(nèi)壁間隙過大造成的。側(cè)葉片與關(guān)內(nèi)壁卡滯物料時，在攪拌軸停轉(zhuǎn)前往往會有尖銳刺耳的摩擦聲，出現(xiàn)這種情況時，需立即停機(jī)檢查，人工排除異物，重新調(diào)整自動攪拌車的葉片或側(cè)葉片與罐內(nèi)壁間的間隙，有必要時可以用水先清洗下。

When there are large foreign matters, especially stones, between the mixing blade or side blade of the automatic mixer and the inner wall of the tank, it will also cause the mixing shaft to stop. The reason why the foreign matters can be trapped is that the gap between the mixing blade or side blade of the automatic mixer and the inner wall of the tank is too large. When the material is stuck between the side blade and the inner wall, there will be sharp and harsh friction sound before the mixing shaft stops. In this case, it is necessary to stop the machine immediately for inspection, manually remove foreign matters, readjust the gap between the blade of the automatic mixer or between the side blade and the inner wall of the tank, and clean it with water if necessary.

3. Tighten the motor drive belt

自動攪拌車電機(jī)傳動皮帶過松也能導(dǎo)致自動攪拌車的攪拌軸轉(zhuǎn)動緩慢或者停止轉(zhuǎn)動，這是因為電機(jī)傳動皮帶過松，導(dǎo)致傳遞的動力不足。此時只需停機(jī)后調(diào)整自動攪拌車電機(jī)傳動皮帶的張緊度即可。
